Silver Property Investments is a specialized real estate investment and development company anchored in and focused on multi-family properties in and around our home city of Philadelphia.

Our Principals oversee every aspect of each investment project’s life-cycle: from identifying and analyzing opportunities, financing, property acquisition, community relations, design and planning, permitting, construction management, asset management, and through to marketing and disposition. Our management style and approach to each project is hands-on, which is the only way we can responsibly safeguard and align our resources and that of our investors.

SPI repeatedly demonstrates its ability to create value throughout the real estate process by maintaining a focus on improving the city where we live and the communities in which we operate. We pride ourselves on revitalizing unique properties and creating transformative new developments. By looking at opportunities through the lens of the end-user tenant or resident, we are able to create unique properties that set themselves apart from the marketplace.

SPI primarily employs value-add strategies to generate returns for its investors. Its structure as a privately held company allows for flexibility to underwrite and execute deals of all sizes and structures in order to secure the best opportunities in the market. We are now deploying capital across a variety of development, income-producing and value-add opportunities in the greater Philadelphia area.

Bridget Silver, REALTOR

Bridget graduated from Temple University and worked many years in the hospitality industry as a front office manager and concierge. Not only did this experience make customer service her number one priority, but she also gained extensive knowledge of Philadelphia. After working for a high-end hotel in Center City, Bridget began a career running residential energy efficiency programs for PECO. This experience allows her to pinpoint both large and small ways to make the homes we renovate and build more energy efficient. During that time, she and Max founded Silver Property Investments; purchasing, renovating and reselling homes in Philadelphia. After a few successful projects, Bridget knew real estate was the career for her. While in the process of obtaining her real estate license, Bridget was the assistant for the Center City Listings team in Center City. She ran the day-to-day administrative tasks necessary for a successful real estate office. Bridget uses her well-rounded experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the Philadelphia real estate market. Being a successful realtor gives her an advantage when designing the homes Silver Property Investments builds and renovates because she knows what buyers are looking for and how to make Silver Properties sell quickly and for the best price possible.

Max Silver

Max graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a mechanical engineering degree. After graduation, he gained field experience across the country in Texas and Wyoming. Upon returning to the Philadelphia area, he began his real estate career in commercial sales and leasing, and later gained experience in property management and small-scale commercial construction working for a mixed use developer based just outside of Philadelphia. From there he had the opportunity to join an industry leading multi-family REIT in the construction services department working on large scale capital improvement projects and ongoing maintenance and repair work on Class B & C apartment buildings. Putting his well-rounded experience to use, Max founded Silver Property Investments in 2012 along with Bridget and have been growing the size and scope of the business ever since. Max views himself as a problem solver: every day requires developing creative solutions to complex issues.
